We will provide a refund or replacement where required under the Australian Consumer Law. In all other situations, refunds or exchanges will not be provided unless expressly approved by PADI Asia Pacific Pty Ltd in its discretion.
Return Process
To initiate a return for an eligible item, please contact your Regional Training Consultant to obtain a Return Authorization Number (R.A.N.).
- For an issue with any physical products, please report the issue to the carrier immediately upon delivery and notify your Regional Training Consultant within 5 days.
- If you experience technical issues preventing you from accessing or using your digital product, please contact PADI Asia Pacific Pty Ltd Support for assistance.
All returns must include the original PADI Asia Pacific Pty Ltd invoice or order number. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless they are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.
